Academic program
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
To train learners to become high-level experts in accounting with good political, ethical and good qualities, to be master in basic knowledge on the socio-economic field, math - auditing, analysis of business activities, application of information technology in accounting and finance, and to be able to apply the knowledge learning to organize the accounting work in all enterprises of all types, administrative units, financial institutions, insurance, etc.
GENERAL DEGREE REQUIREMENTS
1. General Knowledge of Socio-economic
- Have a basic knowledge of natural sciences as the basis for acquiring knowledge of the Accounting profession;
- Have a basic knowledge of social sciences as the basis for acquiring knowledge of Accounting.
2. In-depth Expertise in Accounting
Students need to have a certain understanding of the business, basic and advanced knowledge in the area of accounting, auditing, and corporate finance, and to have the ability to apply accounting theory and auditing in real life in the process of globalization and international integration, specifically:
- Accounting procedures and accounting methods in enterprises
- Procedures and methods in the field of independent auditing
- Internal accounting information system and controlling
- Analysis of data to make decisions
- English skills related to accounting and auditing.
3. Creative Thinking Skills and Research Ability
- Have the skills to search, collect data, and to be master the tools for research, calculation, problem identification, synthesis, evaluation, problem-solving and decision making;
- Ability to synthesize and systematize highly logical and problem-solving, planning, organizing professional work creatively;
- Ability to work independently and critical thinking;
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
4. Communication Skills
- Have the skill to interpret the issues of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English; Have effective presentation skills in front of the crowd;
- Have negotiation skills.
5. Teamwork, Collaboration Skills:
- Have the skill to listen with critical thinking, behavioral skills and relationships;
- Demonstrated spirit of cooperation, teamwork skills. Demonstrated spirit of willing to learn, and ability to use new technology.

With a set of scientifically developed in high output standards that serve the vision, mission and training objectives of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, graduates in Accounting are fully ethical, knowledgeable and skillful, and health to undertake work and develop careers as a full-time accountant.
Accounting is an integral part of all organizational units. Thus, the job opportunities of this occupation are very large. Graduates who can take positions such as:
- Specialists in charge of accounting, auditing, banking transactions, tax, supervisor, treasurer, financial consultant;
- Securities brokerage staff, project management staff, transaction office staff and funds;
- Chief Accountant, Head of Accounting, Financial Management;
- Research, Lecturer, Economic Inspectorate ...
With the above jobs, Accounting students can confirm their capacity at:
- Enterprises and units operating for profit purpose such as companies, foreign-invested enterprises, commercial banks, insurance companies;
- Public units - nonprofit units such as administrative agencies, schools, hospitals;
- State management agencies: tax department, statistics, investment plan;
- Universities, colleges, accounting training centers

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Students with a high school diploma taking the college entrance examination and passing the financial and banking industry admission criteria as prescribed.
2. Attend and pass TTU interview section.
TRAINING PROCESS
1. The training process is divided into 8 semesters (can apply for shorter study time)
2. Teaching and learning in English.
3. Learning by credits.
4. Internship: 8th Semester
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Students who meet the following criteria will be considered and recognized by the school:
1. Complete at least 4 full-time semesters at Tan Tao University;
2. Complete at least 1 major;
3. Complete 143 credits of compulsory courses and electives (including MoET courses);
4. Average cumulative GPA of at least 1.67;
5. Major Concentration and Compulsory Courses must be of at least 2.00;
6. Minimum English level of 600 TOEFL or equivalent;
7. Complete the National Defense Education Certificate and other courses as regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training;
8. At the time of graduation, students are not examined for criminal prosecution or disciplined action from the suspension.
